Job Description


  • Plan and execute recruitment for all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Maintain updated employee records and manpower planning.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet current and future workforce need.
  • Maintain and update the manpower plan regularly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on hiring progress and metrics.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency.
