Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure projects. Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Supervise architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination. Coordinate with architect and MEP engineer for timely drawings and approvals. Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with statutory norms. Track project cost, approve bills, and manage cash flow effectively. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
