HR MANAGER

As an HR & Compliance Manager, your role involves overseeing human resources and ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - HR management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards - Developing and implementing policies - Managing risk and conducting audits - Maintaining the employee handbook - Organizing training and awareness programs - Handling investigations and resolving disputes Industries where HR & Compliance Managers are typically employed include corporate companies, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and IT/ITES.
