HR MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with hotel goals
• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff development and compliance with hotel policies
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing
• Oversee performance management processes and conduct employee evaluations
• Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and optimize team structures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
• Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to promoting a positive work environment
• Certification in human resources management is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
