Job Description

Taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations)
Assisting with patient hygiene (bathing, oral care, changing dressings)
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the registered nurse
Performing basic wound care under supervision
Assisting with patient transfers and ambulation
Providing emotional support and patient education
Medication Administration:
Preparing medications under close supervision
Verifying patient identification before medication administration
Administering medications orally, topically, or via injections (under direct supervision)
