Job Description

  • Monitor and control quality and timely services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams with regard to global background screening process and other onboarding activities
  • Monitor timely maintenance of employee records / documents in electronic format and undertake regular audits of personal files to ensure upkeep of personal documents
  • Map and document current processes. Independently identify process gaps; recommend and implement process improvements
  • Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on process reviews and feedback from stakeholders
  • Provide various reports, data and information to the management team and other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • You may be required to monitor and control additional tasks to provide a seamless experience to the candidates during the on-boarding process
  • Act as a change agent to drive process improvements with design thinking
  • Review and implement processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements
  • Be the advocate for process improvement providing strategic insights through comprehensive and effective data governance standards and practices across all aspects of HR programs, processes, and procedures in a shared services HR model
  • Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on process reviews and feedback from stakeholders
  • Map and document current processes. Independently identify process gaps; recommend and implement process improvements
  • Administer SOPs and process maps to reflect any changes and working with the business process owners as appropriate
  • Actively find new opportunities for process improvement in HR Shared Services and help shape an HR culture of continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with internal HR teams to improve efficiency and consistently execute HR business processes
  • Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed decision-making regarding process improvement effort
