Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven HR professional who can combine strong MIS capabilities with program management skills to drive talent management initiatives. This role involves analyzing HR and business data, generating actionable insights, and designing and executing programs to engage, develop, and support frontline employees. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and people management.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Data Analytics & MIS:


Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to talent, performance, and engagement.


Gather, clean, and preprocess HR data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.


Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, attrition, performance, and training effectiveness.


Provide recommendations based on data findings to support HR and business decision-making.


Maintain HR technology platforms, including HRIS, performance management tools, learning management systems, and analytics platforms.


Talent Program Management:


Design, plan, and execute programs for frontline employees, including engagement initiatives, training and development programs, recognition schemes, and other talent interventions.


Collaborate with HR business partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with business objectives and drive desired outcomes.


Track program effectiveness, KPIs, and ROI, and make improvements based on feedback and data insights.


Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.


Act as a bridge between data insights and HR program execution, ensuring that analytics inform actionable talent strategies.


Support initiatives related to workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee experience.


Skills & Qualifications:



Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar analytics tools.


Experience in HR operations, talent management, or HR program management.


Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.


Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across HR and business teams.


Ability to translate HR data into actionable programs that improve employee engagement and performance.


Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
