Job Description


  • Assist the Project Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to track task progress, resolve operational issues, document action items, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support preparation of project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, change requests, and presentations for internal reviews and management reporting.

  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource utilization, proactively escalating concerns to the Project Lead and suggesting mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements while assisting in process improvements and best practice implementation.
