Job Description

As the HR Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your main responsibility will be to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies, with a primary focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in an IT media company, digital marketing, PR, or advertising, along with an MBA. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is identified and onboarded efficiently. - Develop HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals and enhance workplace culture. - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment. - Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide HR support in workforce planning. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining employee records accurately. - Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements. - Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
