Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Panaji, Goa. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives. Key responsibilities include attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent, managing performance evaluations, planning employee development programs, and addressing workplace concerns. The HR Manager will also collaborate with department heads to design strategies that foster employee engagement, organizational growth, and compliance with employment regulations.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance protocols
• Skills in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution

• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience managing diverse teams and promoting an inclusive work culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification is a plus
