Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The role involves supporting business needs, ensuring proper implementation of HR strategies, and contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Oversee training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
Promote a positive working environment and organizational culture.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, performance management, compensation, training & development, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage HR processes effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
