Role Overview: As the HR Manager based in Burhanpur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources practices and processes within the company. Your responsibilities will involve managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, designing and implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing performance management, employee relations, conducting training programs, and managing compensation and benefits for all employees.
