Position Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  entire recruitment cycle

  , including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
• Oversee

  statutory compliance

  (ESI, PF, TDS, GST, Professional Tax), ensuring timely payments and return filings
• Design and implement

  training and development programs

  to enhance employee capabilities
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain a structured

  performance management system

• Work closely with

  internal and statutory auditors

  to ensure compliance standards are met
• Coordinate with the

  Company Secretary

  for IT returns and ROC filings
• Promote a

  positive work environment

  through effective conflict resolution and team-building initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Solid functional knowledge in

  HR operations and statutory compliance

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and

  problem-solving

  abilities
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in a similar HR role
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Educational qualification:

  MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate

  in Human Resources or related discipline
