Job Summary: We seek an experienced Digital Marketing specialist to lead our marketing team for our forex trading business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid marketing campaigns and a good understanding of the forex industry, with a focus on the Middle East market. We want a results-driven professional who can boost our brand visibility, optimize paid promotions, and grow our social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and execute marketing strategies. Develop and oversee paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Manage and optimize SEO to bring organic traffic and improve page rankings. Improve social media engagement and followers across platforms. Oversee email marketing campaigns that give results. Analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Stay updated with the latest trends in forex trading and apply industry best practices to marketing strategies. Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to the Middle East audience. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials. Track marketing performance metrics and report findings to senior management. Identify and develop partnerships with key influencers and affiliates in the forex industry. Requirements: Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry. Knowledge of paid media campaigns, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing. Experience managing a team of marketers and leading marketing campaigns. Understanding of the Middle East market and consumer behavior. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing programs. Experience in affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations within the forex industry. Background in marketing automation and CRM tools.
