The Sales / Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve business targets. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Generate leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and field visits. Meet with clients to present products/services, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates for management review. Support digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns when required.
