Job Description

Join our team as a dynamic HR Manager where you will lead comprehensive HR functions and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace. This role is an opportunity to design and deliver people strategies, support employee growth, and partner with leaders to create a culture where everyone can succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Design and implement clear, scalable HR policies and processes that support business goals and employee wellbeing.
  • Drive performance management and learning initiatives by establishing performance frameworks, coaching managers, and delivering training to build capability across the organization.
  • Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness; proactively resolve grievances and promote an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate, auditable employee records and HR reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational priorities, support change initiatives, and contribute to workforce planning.

Requirements

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple verticals, with proven ownership of HR operations and people programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office; familiarity with employment legislation and compliance best practices.
