Job Description

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating HR policies to align with company objectives. You will manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes effectively, ensuring that employee records are maintained and statutory compliance is met. Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives - Support management in workforce planning and performance management - Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs - Ensure HR operations run smoothly with confidentiality and integrity Qualifications Required: - Master's degree preferred - 5 years of experience in Construction preferred Please note that the company has a preference for a male candidate for this position. This is a full-time job located in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, where you will be required to work in person.
