Job Description

As a skilled and dedicated HR Manager at IAGS Export Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies. - Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. - Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development programs. - Oversee training, motivation, and retention initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. - Support management in building a positive and productive work environment. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role (export industry experience is a plus). - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
