Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an HR Manager/HR Executive in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Experience in HR generalist activities, including attendance management and exit formalities.
Knowledge of payroll processing and IT recruitment.
Female candidates are preferred.
M.B.A/PGDM degree required.
