Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an HR Manager/HR Executive in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for stakeholders, maintaining complete recruitment matrices.
  • Handle headhunting and mapping for niche skills to meet business needs.
  • Implement executive search and referral models to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and bonuses.
  • Discuss compensation and benefits with higher management.
  • Support HR functions and strategy for manpower planning, understanding and analyzing manpower requirements for respective locations.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen talent pipelines for current needs and future growth.
  • Manage joining formalities, exit formalities, and maintain employee documents and files.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, including social media, job portals, and free job sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment, generalistic requirements management, and end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
  • Understanding of payroll, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances is beneficial.
  • Experience in handling walk-in interviews and supporting HR functions is advantageous.
