HR Manager

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for various HR functions to ensure the efficient operation and success of our organization. Your role will involve: - Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job descriptions, advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. - Developing and implementing an effective onboarding program for new hires. - Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and devise talent acquisition strategies. Employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. You will: - Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Mediate and resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and confidential manner. - Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being. Policy formulation and compliance maintenance will be critical. You will: - Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures. - Ensure HR practices adhere to labor laws. - Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data privacy and security. Additionally, you will conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
