Customer Service: Greet all customers and visitors with a warm & professional, welcoming.
Phone and Communication Management: Answer a multi-line phone system, direct calls to the appropriate department or individual, and take thorough messages.
Information Management: Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. Keep track of customer information and showroom logs as required.
Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, or direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
Showroom Readiness: Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean, presentable, and well-stocked with brochures and other materials.
