Job Description

Green Delight Innovation Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
• Support management in organizational development initiatives
• Coordinate training and development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Education Qualification

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Interview Process

• Primary Test
• Face-to-Face Interview
• Candidates must bring their own laptop
• Interview duration: 2–3 hours
