Bliss Natural products are biobased certified, made in an FDA registered facility, and prioritize environmental and menstrual health. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective telesales strategies and scripts. Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide coaching, training, and feedback. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Track and report sales metrics and KPIs to senior management. Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and promotions. Optimize the use of CRM and telephony systems to improve productivity. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, with demonstrated leadership ability or potential to manage a sales team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
