Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Leader to lead, motivate, and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth plans, managing daily sales operations, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth. Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team, and track performance through regular reviews. Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to improve productivity and conversion rates. Plan and oversee daily sales operations, ensuring discipline and strong pipeline management. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve processes. Report on sales performance and forecasts to senior management. Drive a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture in the team Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of minimum experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven approach with ability to analyze sales metrics and take corrective action. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
