Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Jaipur. The Patient Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing receptionist duties, and ensuring effective communication with patients and staff. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and using medical terminology appropriately.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication skills
• Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site clinical environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or a related field are beneficial
