We are now hiring Patient Coordinators to join our full-time support team based in Hyderabad, working according to UK time zone hours.

This role is ideal for healthcare graduates with excellent communication skills looking to apply their background in a non-clinical, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for our UK dental clinics
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Coordinate with UK-based clinic staff for smooth operations
• Respond to patient queries politely and professionally
• Follow up with patients via phone, email, or WhatsApp as needed
• Ensure a high level of patient service at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BDS, MBBS, Physiotherapy, or another healthcare-related field (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working full-time on UK time zone hours from our Hyderabad office
• Proficient with computers and basic digital tools (Excel, email, etc.)
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus

Working Details

• Working Hours: UK business hours
• ➡ Winter shift (India): 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST➡ Summer shift (India): 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
• Location:Bengaluru, India (Work from Office)
• Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)⸻
