Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Patient Coordinator, located in Ahmedabad, India. The role involves managing communication with international patients, coordinating their medical appointments and treatments, and ensuring seamless patient experiences. Responsibilities also include collaborating with healthcare providers, addressing patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of patient information while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient relationship management.
• Ability to organize and coordinate appointments, schedules, and patient information efficiently.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or patient care is an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, billing, and claim processing procedures is a plus.
• Competence in handling confidential patient information with discretion and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications relevant to medical billing and data management.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an added advantage.
