HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organizations business strategy. Lead and supervise the HR team in executing various HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness. Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. Drive performance management processes and talent development initiatives. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure effective talent acquisition. Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and monitor HR budgets and control HR-related costs. Create and maintain succession planning strategies. Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs.

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred. Professional HR certifications are a plus.
