Job Description
HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and proceduresHandle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolutionMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordinationManage performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activitiesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesCoordinate training and development programsSupport management in HR planning and workforce management
