Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and complianceand will be responsibleforoverseeingall aspectsoftheHRfunction. Thisrole involvesmanaginga small HR team, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and drivingthe recruitment processto attract andretain toptalent. Key Responsibilities: TeamLeadership: • Lead andmanagea teamof 2 HR professionals, providingguidance, mentorship, and support to ensurethe effectiveoperationof the HR department. • Fostera positiveandcollaborativeteam environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning. RecruitmentandTalentAcquisition: • Oversee the recruitment process, from jobposting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Developandimplement recruitment strategiestoattracthigh-qualitycandidatesfor
various roles within the company. • Conductinterviews, coordinate with departmentheads, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. Compliance and Legal Adherence: • Ensure that all HR policies and practicescomply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment lawchangesand ensurecompany policies are updated accordingly. • Handleemployee relationsissues, including disciplinaryactions, grievances, and conflict resolution, in compliance with legal requirements. HR Operations andAdministration: • Oversee HR administration tasks, including employee records management, payroll processing, benefitsadministration, and performance management. • Develop andimplement HRpoliciesandproceduresthat align with company goals and values. • Manage employeeonboardingand offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Employee Engagement and Development: • Promoteapositiveworkplaceculture byimplementing employee engagement initiatives and programs. • Identify training and development needs andcoordinate professional development opportunities for employees. • Providecoaching and supporttomanagerson HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor'sdegree in human resources, BusinessAdministration, ora relatedfield. • 10+ yearsof experience in human resources, withat least 2 yearsin a management or leadership role. • Strong knowledgeof employment lawsand regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance.
• Proven experience in recruitment andtalent acquisition, with a successful track
record of hiring toptalent. Preferred Qualifications: • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)isa plus. • Experiencemanaging asmall HRteam inafast-paced environment. • Excellentinterpersonal andcommunicationskills, with theability to build strong relationships at all levelsof the organization. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
