Job Summary

The HR & Admin Manager will handle end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth employee management, , Payroll management, statutory compliance, and office/warehouse administration in a pharma distribution setup.

HR Functions

Manage recruitment for warehouse, accounts, and field staff
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll calculation, and employee data
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities

Administration Functions

Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination
Maintain records related to licenses, agreements, and renewals
Manage the reportees and ensure the deliverables on a daily basis
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and concern departments for admin support
Handle arrangements, assets, and inventory records
Ensure workplace discipline, hygiene, statutory and safety compliance

Desired Profile

Looking for candidates with 5+ years of relevant HR management experience in recruitment, HR Generalist functions, People management, Payroll management and HR Compliance, preferably in a Distribution or warehouse background in FMCG/Pharma/Consumer Goods/E-Commerce/Quick Commerce industries.
