Recruitment & Staffing (Hiring) Job posting Screening resumes Conducting interviews Selecting and onboarding new employees Training & Development Employee training programs Skill development Leadership development Workshops and seminars Performance Management Setting goals (KPIs) Annual performance reviews Appraisals & feedback Promotions Compensation & Benefits Salaries, bonuses Provident fund (PF), ESI, gratuity Health insurance Leave policies Employee Relations Handling grievances Conflict resolution Maintaining workplace harmony Compliance with labor laws HR Compliance Following labor laws and company policies Maintaining employee records Handling audits and legal documentation Workforce Planning & Strategy Planning for future hiring Talent management Succession planning HR Information Systems (HRIS) Using software for payroll, attendance, leave, etc. Data analytics related to workforce Payroll Responsibilities (Brief & Professional)Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries. Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with legal standards. Calculate wages, benefits, bonuses, and deductions. Manage statutory contributions (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS) and file relevant returns. Generate and distribute payslips to all employees. Coordinate with finance and HR for payroll approvals and disbursements. Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
