Job Description:

A reputed Packaging & Paper Bags manufacturing company located in Gurgaon (NH8, Sector 74) is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of HR processes, and the ability to drive company culture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain payroll and attendance systems in coordination with accounts.
• Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention strategies.
• Manage HR documentation and maintain up-to-date employee records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
