As our HR Manager, you will —

• Handle hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations like a pro (or at least like someone who’s done this before).
• Be the bridge between the creative team and management ; listening, understanding, resolving, and guiding.
• Ensure smooth recruitment cycles, employee documentation, leave tracking, and that the vibe check always passes.
• Organize team meets, feedback sessions, fun days (yes, please), and internal updates because work culture matters.
• Be part of team-building, conflict management, performance processes, and overall employee well-being.

You’re a great fit if —

• You bring a relevant academic background in HRM and 1–2 years of experience in HR or people management.
• You’ve got great communication skills, a friendly presence, and can balance professionalism with approachability.
• You understand how creative teams work and know when to let the madness flow and when to put systems in place.
• You’re organized, punctual, proactive, and discreet when needed.
• You can juggle interviews at 11, team mood checks at 2, and policy updates by 5 — with a smile.
• Bonus points if you're someone who carries both confidence and warmth
• We’re asking for someone with substance, style, and sharp instincts.
