Hr Manager for Jawai, Rajasthan - for Luxury Hotel

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our luxury hotel team in Jawai, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions, ensuring that our hotel attracts and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan of the luxury hotel.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for various hotel positions.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
• Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes to ensure timely feedback and development.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and performance management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in developing training programs and performance management processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
