Description We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technology projects in India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex projects within the IT sector, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10-18 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector. Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
