Location: Park Street, Kolkata Salary: 2 to 2.4l Fresher Welcome Shift timings: Monday to Saturday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall team performance. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
