Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions—you will play a key role in setting up operations across Karnataka by building and managing HR teams at the district level. If you’re a hands-on HR professional with strong field experience and thrive in a high-mobility, fast-paced FMCG environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Statewide Recruitment & Team Setup: Travel across Karnataka to identify hiring needs at the district level. Build strong local teams and manage recruitment pipelines tailored to each district. Partner with local vendors, institutions, and communities for grassroots hiring. Onboarding & Field Integration: Ensure seamless onboarding and cultural integration for new hires across multiple locations. Standardize onboarding processes while allowing flexibility for local nuances. Employee Relations & Local Compliance: Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution at the district level. Ensure compliance with state and district-level labor laws and regulations. Training & Development: Conduct skill gap analyses across different districts. Roll out scalable training programs for frontline and mid-level teams. Performance Management: Implement performance tracking and appraisal systems suited to field operations. Handle underperformance proactively and fairly. Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll and benefits for geographically dispersed teams. Ensure fair and compliant C&B structures, with local cost-of-living considerations. Employee Engagement (Decentralized): Launch location-specific engagement activities to boost morale and retention. Conduct regular field visits and employee connects. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to align HR strategy with expansion goals. Provide strategic input on scaling teams rapidly while maintaining cultural cohesion. Policy Implementation: Enforce consistent HR policies while adapting them for local relevance where needed. Ensure SOPs are communicated and followed across all locations. Reporting & Insights: Maintain and analyze district-wise HR metrics and dashboards. Provide data-driven insights to management to support growth and decision-making.
