Job Description

Position Summary:

The HR Manager will lead and manage the human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and the alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience,

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR department, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills
  • Collaborate with managers to support performance management processes, including feedback, goal setting, and career development.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development for the office.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations for the office, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, fostering open communication and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Address complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed and providing coaching to managers to resolve and prevent challenges.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems and processes to drive performance and development. Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.

Training and Development

  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

HR Policy Development:

  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Leverage data to inform HR strategies, identifying trends and insights related to workforce metrics, retention, and engagement.
  • Provide accurate analysis/reports for Head-Human Resources and Corporate for year-end salary review process management linked to Talent Management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Director, office performance and challenges.
