HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, policy-making, and overall HR strategy aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments.
• Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates.
• Lead onboarding, induction, training, and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Develop employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs.
• Address grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Conduct exit interviews and retention strategies.

Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA).
• Support internal promotions, skill development, and performance improvement plans.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, statutory audits & documentation.
• Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and conduct training sessions or coordinate external trainers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
