Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture and values
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absence data, employee satisfaction) and prepare reports for management
  • Manage HR budgets and resource allocation efficiently
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS systems like SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Excellent people management skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, healthcare]
  • Multilingual ability is a plus

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
