Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Mehsana, Gujrat

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Managing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with all labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition:

o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.

o Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective hiring plans.

· Employee Relations:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

o Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.

o Promote a positive work environment and address issues proactively to maintain high employee morale.

· Compensation and Benefits:

o Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.

o Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.

o Communicate benefit programs to employees and assist with enrolment and claims resolution.

· HR Policies and Compliance:

o Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.

o Ensure the company's compliance with all federal, state, and local labour laws and regulations

o Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

· HR Strategy and Administration:

o Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

o Manage the HR budget and departmental resources.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:

o Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

o Proven experience in all facets of the HR function.

· Skills:

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

o In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

o High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,913.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mehsana, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
