Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring across all departments (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing).
Drive smooth onboarding and induction to ensure strong early employee connect.
Implement structured goal-setting (OKR/KRA) and performance review processes.
Support department heads in designing learning and development initiatives.
Plan engagement activities, R&R (Rewards and Recognition), and team-building programs.
Resolve grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Maintain HRIS, employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Manage payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Create and update HR policies aligned with company vision and labor laws.
Stay updated with Indian labor laws and ensure company-wide adherence.
Handle disciplinary procedures fairly and professionally.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Performance Management.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR tools/HRMS (HROne), MS Office, and documentation.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work closely with leadership in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

3 - 7 years of HR experience, preferably in IT, startup, or tech-driven organizations.
A proactive, empathetic, and people-focused professional with a strategic mindset.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
