PHP/Laravel Developer

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled PHP/Laravel Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.
• Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel Framework) and Vue.js.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Designers, QA, and Product Managers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing codebase and recommend improvements.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure coding standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 2 - 7 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong expertise in Laravel Framework.
• Proficiency in Vue.js and front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of OOP Concepts, MVC Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (client-facing experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

Good To Have

• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Experience in cloud environments - AWS, Azure.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in building scalable, secure, multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
