HR Manager

As an HR Manager in the BPO industry based in Raipur, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the business objectives. You will be tasked with managing high-volume recruitment for both front-line and support staff, overseeing onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies while handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively. Your role will also involve designing and driving performance management systems and appraisal processes, as well as implementing employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition rates and improve retention. Collaborating with business leaders to support workforce planning and productivity improvements will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification along with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, out of which at least 3 years should be in the BPO/ITES industry. A strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills. Your proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment and effectively manage employee relations, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success in this role.
