HR Manager

ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a leading importer and supplier of Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV chargers, lithium battery components, and testing machines. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resource operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Develop onboarding processes for new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Management

• Maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular employee meetings, feedback sessions, and performance discussions.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

4. Performance & Training

• Create and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and arrange appropriate learning programs.
• Support employee development and skill enhancement.

5. Admin & Compliance

• Manage HR documentation, contracts, and policy updates.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support overall office administration as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR), Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR roles (preferably with manufacturing, trading, or technical product companies).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
