Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage company data, generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel, data interpretation, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning, Mining, Collect, manage, and analyze company data (sales, inventory, finance, etc.)
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
Use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and Google Sheets effectively
Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
Coordinate with departments (sales, accounts, logistics) to ensure data accuracy
Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency
Prepare presentations and summary reports for management

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Analytics, or related field
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Charts, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

Experience in reporting for supply chain, finance, or sales data
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple teams
Attention to detail and a proactive work style
