Accounts ExecutiveRole Summary We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, GST, and general accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales and purchase entries Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner Maintain and update ledgers and financial journals Prepare and maintain GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and reports Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Prepare basic financial reports and assist senior accountants as required Skills & Knowledge Required Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles Experience with bank reconciliation and AP/AR reconciliation Familiarity with GST laws, filing, and compliance Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar Advance working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred Experience: 2-3 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
