Job Description

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Design and manage Excel-based dashboards for business performance tracking.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data reports.
Automate reports using advanced Excel formulas and tools.

Data Management

Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments.
Maintain structured databases, trackers, and master sheets.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Stores, and Production teams for data inputs.
Support audits, reviews, and management presentations with accurate data.
Assist in standardizing MIS formats and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (Mandatory):
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
Conditional Formatting
IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
Data Validation & Power Query (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Office tools.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle – preferred).

Functional Skills

Strong analytical and numerical ability
High attention to detail
Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
Good coordination and communication skills

Education

Graduate in Commerce / IT / Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Industry Background

Manufacturing
Logistics / Warehouse
Engineering / Industrial Setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,683.04 - ₹34,220.24 per month
